Regulations and general rental conditions

The building can be rented for short term stays and for touristic purposes only.



A written confirmation and deposit payment are required for the booking to be confirmed.



The booking deposit consists of 30% of the total rent. The full payment is required at the time of arrival, when the keys to the apartment will be delivered to the client . The deposit paid is not refundable under any circumstances. Should a client be forced to cancel a booking the client must give the Company written notice; if the cancellation occurs 7 days prior to the arrival the client will be required to pay the full amount.



The apartment keys will be delivered upon payment settlement. Check-in time is between 4.00pm and 7.30 pm of the arrival day. Check-out must be done between 9.00 am and (no later than) 10.00 am of the leaving day. If the client does not pay the full amount and get the keys to the apartment within 2 days after the arrival date the Edelweiss S.r.l. Company will be able to withdraw from the contract, keep the deposit payment and claim a full payment. Identification (ID) of every person staying in the apartment will be asked for prior to check-in.



The apartment must be left free no later than 10.00am of the leaving day, in order to allow the maintenance staff to control the state of the house and to clean it. In case of early departure no refund is valid. Anticipated departure gives no right to a refund. The stay can be extended by previously discussing it with the Company.



Arrival times are between 4.00pm and 7.30pm. Short delays will be tolerated if notified in advance. The apartment must be left no later than 10.00pm of the leaving day. Transportation expenses to and from the apartment are charged to the customer.
